Headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA, QuikShip California Inc. manages several warehouses throughout the US, in Southern California, Chicago, Houston, Boston & Atlanta. We ship your order from whichever warehouse is closest to you, that has your item in stock. (Atlanta warehouse has limited inventory)

Over the years we have been able to supply ink and toner products to many satisfied customers which include the New York Police Department, Columbia University, The Bureau of the Census, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and many more.

Business Services
We offer Business Services discounts and account upgrades for repeat customers, business customers and wholesale customers including product and shipping discounts. We also offer drop shippers a special interface that allows shipping to multiple addresses within one order/payment. We allow Government/Schools to create Purchase Orders online through our website. Warranty

We offer a 6 month warranty for replacements or returns. Replacements are shipped via UPS Ground, free of charge. Refunds will not be credited until items have been received and tested, and non-defective returns will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25%. Shipping costs for returns are not refunded/reimbursed.

Shipping
We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, on rare occasions we run low on items and those orders take an extra day or two to ship. Shipping is by no means guaranteed. We strive to process orders and customer requests as quickly as we can.

Brother MFC-7420 Reset Drum Count

Open front cover.
Press Options.
Replace Drum 1. Yes 2. No
To confirm you are installing a new drum, press 1.
When the LCD shows (Accepted), close the front cover.

MFC-7420 Install Toner and Drum

Open the front cover and pull out the drum unit.
Hold down the lock lever on the right and pull out the toner cartridge.
Remove the protective cover.
Insert the new toner cartridge into the drum unit until it clicks into place.
If you have put it in properly, the lock lever will lift automatically.
Clean the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by gently sliding the blue tad from the right to left several times.
Return the blue tab to the HOME position before reinstalling the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
Reinstall the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly and close the front cover.Drum:
Open front cover.
Press Options.
Replace Drum 1. Yes 2. No
To confirm you are installing a new drum, press 1.
When the LCD shows (Accepted), close the front cover.
