This printer has some superb features because of which we have bought them in a great number for our business use. This color laser jet printer is useful for business use as it has a super fast speed via which it can print 30 black and white papers per minute and 25 color papers per minute. It has a great input capacity of 600 sheets which is just amazing and it also has duplex printing function which saves energy and time at work. We have a large work team and it fulfills our needs in the best possible way.

One thing I like the most about the HP Color LaserJet CP4005dn is that its set up is easy to install. The cartridges are already installed when the machine arrives and the set up with computer system is just a matter of few easy clicks. These cartridges are not ordinary and are made of a high quality material therefore they help in producing great quality black and white as well as color prints.

This work group printer has a wired connectivity technology which is easy to fix within a few minutes. Its media type includes several options such as envelopes, labels, glossy papers, recycled papers, transparencies, plain papers, cards and high gloss papers; therefore almost any type can be placed in it.
The printer is a bit noisy but then that is just fine because it is mainly suitable for the office use not much for the home use so it does not really matter. Its standby mode however is quiet but it only becomes noisy when it warms up after a constant use of a couple of hours.

It is easy to use and therefore it can be operated by anyone who is in need of having their prints done. We no more require a printer specialist who would help the staff with the printing business because it all can be done with ease. The buttons are large so they are easily visible and can be pushed easily without any hassles, as seen most of the times with other printers. The brand is highly reliable and therefore I think it is obvious that these printers are so well-made.

Its toners are easily available but they are a bit expensive, maybe because of their high quality but in any case they need changing less often than other models we have had at the office, so its works out quite economically in the end.
